REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master Degree Counseling / Social Science / Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia
• Preferably female counselor.
• Preferably non-muslim.
• Experience in front-line customer service
• Proficient in computerized student information systems and database management and generic office computer software
• Professional appearance and good working attitude
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours.
• Willing to travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to conduct counseling services to students
• Assisting and guiding clients resolve especially personal, social or psychological problems and difficulties
• Coordinate, organize activities and disseminate information concerning career guidance & its development among students
• Coordinate, organize activities and disseminate information in building towering personality among students in campus with cooperation of various units , departments and external agencies
• Responsible to liaise with alumni committee in planning and organizing activities for alumni
• Compliance with UniKL policies and procedures
• Provides program for student character building, communication skills and behavior modification.
