Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Counseling, Communication, Leadership, Planning and Coordination, MS Office.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Membership in PERKAMA / Association of Psychology is compulsory
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Education or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services for all UTP students.
• Plan, develop and implement students’ development programs and activities such as leadership program, facilitators training, team building, orientation week, seminars, talks, etc.
• Plan, develop and implement counseling programs such as stress management, peer counseling, time management, etc to assist student in adapting themselves to university academic students’ development programs and activities such as leadership program, facilitators training, team building, orientation week, seminars, talks, etc
• Plan, develop and implement program for under achievers students to improve their academic performance.
• Plan, develop and implement program for academically high achievers student to enhance their leadership qualities and improve their personal characters.
• Manage and coordinate new student orientation program.
